What if time was a figment of our imagination?
Would you do something differently? Would you take more risks?
Recently, I’ve been thinking —lovebugs— about time. Specifically about what time means to us and what it could mean if we saw it a little differently…
What if time was nothing but relative to our imagination and we all received the same amount?
Is there something that you would do different if you knew you only got a certain amount and nothing more?
Would you try harder to make amends with people —or would you adopt a skill you didn’t have before?
It would make it easier —I think— to know that in this time we could do everything we set our heart to because that was all we got.
Maybe we would be kinder if we knew that some were closer to the end than others. Maybe we would treat each other better. We’d be softer. Gentler. More compassionate. Maybe we would value our relationships more than external things and put effort into them instead of a career that could never fulfil us as much as the people we love. Maybe we would finally tell ourselves to pick up that guitar, that drum, that paintbrush, that pen or that microphone and give our dream one shot. Or as many as we could muster.
If we knew how little time we had on this earth —would we value it more? Would we stop wasting it on people who don’t know our worth and search for our soulmates instead?
Maybe we would travel more and make less excuses.
Maybe we would be riskier with love —loving wholly, loving imperfect, growing souls rather than porcelain ones that look pretty on the outside but have nothing within them to give. Maybe we would stop saying ‘I don’t have time’ and try to make more of it. Maybe we would stop saying ‘tomorrow’ and start doing something about it today. Maybe we would end each phone call with ‘I love you’ and each goodbye with a soul-tight hug.
Maybe we would stop acting like we have all the time in the world to do the and start accepting that this time is limited —and we should make the most of it.
What would you do if time is limited and everyone got the same amount? What would you do if you knew when your last breath would be? Would you live a little boldly? Would you take more chances? Would you give yourself the life that you deserve?

I have the best news ever!
I am so happy to announce that I’m finally back on YouTube!! Yayy!!
Truthfully —last year was tough. It was so difficult to balance all my personal commitments, work, writing and wedding prep with filming YouTube videos and being consistent with posting. But that’s not a problem anymore because the most chaotic part of my life is done —finger’s crossed— and I can finally dedicate all my attention to creating some wholesome videos on YouTube and being consistent with all my self-love content.
So —I would love it, absolutely love it and love you if you subscribed to my YouTube channel. It would mean the world to me!!!!
